3 Nights of Mercy – Day 1

Opening greetings:    Glory be to God in the highest. Thank You, Jesus. You are welcome to the first night of the three nights of mercy. We give praise to God for what He’s going to do in these three nights. Wherever you are, begin to call your family members together. It’s time to pray, it’s time to shake the heavens again. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Father. Ancient of days, I Am that I Am, we give you praise.

Prayers:                      Lift your voice and just worship Him tonight. Give Him all the glory, give Him all the honour, give Him all adoration for what He will do in these three nights. Just give God praise wherever you are. Say: Lord, I thank You for what You will do in these three nights, I thank You because Your mercy will locate me. Just lift your voice and appreciate this God of mercy.

We give You praise, Father, we give You praise, Lord.

Songs:                         Glory be to God in the highest, amen; for His mercies endureth forever, amen.

Tori pe Ese, aanu Yin duro

Prayers:                      Give Him praise because He’s been so good. Say: Lord, I thank You for the month of January, February, March, and even April that’s about to end now.

Father, let me encounter Your mercy in a very special way.

Whenever mercy is reigning, judgement cannot reign; whenever mercy is enthroned, judgement is dethroned. Judgement to you isn’t always favourable, it is only mercy to you that is favourable. You can receive justice with mercy. So, if there’s any judgement that’s been enthroned in your life, it must be dethrone tonight because judgement will not deliver any pleasant thing to us.

Prayer Point:               Father, for my sake tonight, enthrone Your mercy and let every judgement be dethroned. Judgement against my family, business, nation, ministry, be dethroned. Let mercy begin to reign tonight and dethrone every judgement that has been ruling my life.

Declaration:               I agree with you, the mercy of God will dethrone every judgement in your life now.

Word Charge:             The theme for this 3-night revival is the Mercy of God. What is mercy? Mercy literally means pardon, pity, compassion.

                                    Lamentations 3:22-23

It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Mercy is not just an attribute of God.

                                    Psalm 116:5

Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

                                    Psalm 86:15

But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

Somebody out there will experience the abundant mercy of God tonight.

                                    Ephesians 2:4

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us

                                    1 Peter 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead

So, our God is merciful, rich in mercy, owns mercy in abundance, but we can also say that mercy is the personality of God. Everything about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is mercy. His mercies endure and faileth not.

There’s someone out there, the mercy of God will continue to work for you, and it will endure for you and your family in the name of Jesus.

God can demonstrate mercy in various ways. We shall consider two tonight.

He can demonstrate mercy through His eye (Eleyinju aanu)

                                    2 Chronicles 16:9

For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

The eyes of God will locate you wherever you are. (declare it).

                                    Psalm 11:4

The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

                                    Proverbs 15:3

The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

God’s eyes of mercy will locate you, your family, children, health, and investments.

                                    Genesis 6:8

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

The eyes of the Lord located Noah. The mercy of God will be enthroned over every judgement in your life, business, family, and nation.

God’s eyes of mercy can see our affliction.

                                    Exodus 3:7

And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows

Prayer Point:              God’s eyes of mercy, look down upon my affliction tonight.

Affliction life is like prison life.

There’s somebody out there, those afflictions in your life that no one else can see, God’s eyes of mercy will see them tonight.

If God sees your affliction, that affliction is over. A lot of people are living in affliction.

Declaration:               Every chain and shackle used to bind your leg, tonight, they are broken.

The Israelites were chained and lived as prisoners. They were not free to do what they wanted to do. They were not even free to serve their God. They had prison chains and garments upon them, so, no garment of celebration could be worn. Their children were even killed.

Declaration:               There’s someone out there, you have no reason to celebrate, I command, every garment of affliction and prison, receive the fire of God tonight.

Prayer Point:              Every garment of affliction and prison in my life, receive the fire of God tonight. Every prison chain and garment that has brought affliction upon me, be broken tonight.

In addition to prison chains and garment, they also had prison food (bread and water of affliction).

                                    1 Kings 22:27

And say, Thus saith the king, put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I come in peace.

Declaration:               I declare, by the power in the name of Jesus, if there’s anybody connected to this ministration eating like a prisoner, the eyes of mercy have located that affliction in the name of Jesus.

Affliction is a very terrible thing. There’s a case in John 5:1-9…

Glory be to God. There’s somebody out there, you’ve been eating what you see, from today, you’ll begin to eat what you want in the name of Jesus. Prison food is consumed by fire.

The account in John 5:1-9 is the story of a pool where sick people go to receive their healing. After an angel from the Lord stirs it, the first person to get into the pool receives their healing. There was a great multitude there awaiting the stirring of the pool.

Declaration:               There’s somebody here right now, that affliction you were born into, that affliction that you married into, that’s been on for 38 years, 36, years, no matter the number of years, the Lord will deliver you from it in the mighty name of Jesus.

In verse 6, Jesus saw him, the eyes of mercy located him among the multitude.

When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?

Prayer point:              Father, let Your eyes of mercy locate me, oh, Lord.

And even though he couldn’t answer a simple question correctly, the eyes of mercy had located him, so, he got his healing.

Declaration:               There’s somebody here tonight, the eyes of mercy that located that man shall locate you tonight. Shout ‘Amen’ three times, fire!

When the eye of mercy locates you, four things happen:

  1. Laws are suspended. (There’s somebody out there, every law working against you, because the eye of mercy has located you, the Lord will suspend it. Declare: For my sake, laws are suspended).
  2. Protocols are broken. (Protocol was broken for that man at the pool of Bethesda. Declare: For my sake, protocols are broken).
  3. Objections are overruled. (People objected to the fact that the man was healed on a Sabbath. Declare: For my sake, objections are overruled).
  4. Judgements are condemned. (Every judgement that’s against your life is condemned. Declare: For my sake, judgements are condemned).

Pray with the four points.

Prayer Points:            Father, because Your eyes of mercy have located me tonight, for my sake, let laws be suspended, let protocols be broken, let objections be overruled, and let judgements be condemned.

                                    Psalm 123:1-3

1.Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

Declaration:               The Lord asked me to tell somebody out there, that those protocols are broken right now, and by the time you wake up tomorrow morning, you’ll see that protocols have been broken.

According to the passage above, if you want His eyes of mercy to locate you speedily, there’s a need to fix your gaze on Him.

Declaration:               The Lord will have mercy on you tonight. I pray for somebody in the name that’s above every other name, He’ll have mercy upon you tonight.

                                    Psalm 18:6

In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

Prayer Point:             Father, in the name of Jesus, You’re full of mercy, You’re full of compassion, let Your eyes of mercy turn upon me tonight, turn to me and have mercy, oh, Lord.

                                    Psalm 25:18

Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.

Cry to God specifically right now about that affliction and pain you’re going through in your family and business.

Prayer Point:              Father, in the name of Jesus, look upon my affliction and pain tonight and forgive all my sins.

                                    Exodus 3:17

And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey.

Prayer Point:              Father, bring me out of the affliction and pain that I’m in right now. I’m coming out of this affliction tonight.

                                    Psalm 34:19

Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.

Declaration:               It doesn’t matter how many the afflictions are, in the name of Jesus, the lord will deliver you out of all your afflictions tonight.

God’s ears of mercy can hear. This is the second way He demonstrates His mercy.

Scriptures:                  Numbers 14:28

Say unto them, as truly as I live, saith the Lord, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you

                                    Psalm 18:6

In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

                                    Psalm 34:15

The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry

God’s ear of mercy can hear our cry. The Lord will hear your cry tonight.

                                    Psalm 107:19

Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.

Declare:                      The ear of mercy of the Most High God shall be opened unto me tonight.

Scripture:                   Psalm 107:28

Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.

Declaration:               As you cry unto the Lord tonight, He will bring you out of your distress in the mighty name of Jesus.

Prayer Point:              Father, You have the ear of mercy. With Your ear of mercy, hear my cry tonight.

Scripture:                   Mark 10:46-52 (The story of blind Bartimeus)

                                    Blind Bartimeus cried unto Jesus.

Declaration:               There’s someone here, God’s ear of mercy will open unto your cry tonight.

                                    Cry unto God:

Prayer Point:              Jesus, Thou Son of David, hear my cry tonight.

Once God’s ear of mercy opens unto you, it silences your mockers.

Declare:                      My mockers are silenced forever in the name of Jesus.

Conclusion:                In rounding off, the Bible says: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. The moment God’s ear of mercy is opened unto you, joy cometh!

You can imagine the joy that blind Bartimeus experienced when his mockers were silenced, ways were opened unto him, and he had an encounter with Jesus. His garment of sorrow was removed.

Declaration:               There’s somebody out there, the garment of sorrow is removed from your life.

Bartimeus experienced joy like a river.

                                    Finally, pray:

Prayer Point:              Father, You’re the God of mercy, You’re full of compassion. As Your ear of mercy is opened unto me tonight, hear my cry, silence my mockers, make way for me, let my joy come and overflow. Take away the garment of sorrow from my life. As Your eye of mercy is locating me, let Your ear of mercy be opened unto me and hear my cry tonight. Let my morning of joy come.

Song:                           Modupe, mori aanu gba

                                    modupe mori aanu gba

tori kin se gbogbo eniyan lori aanu gba.

Closing Prayer:           I decree concerning you in the name that is above every other name, God’s eye of mercy sees you, and sees your affliction in the name of Jesus. God’s ear of mercy is open unto you, open unto your cry, and hears your cry tonight in the name of Jesus.

I decree, in these three nights of mercy, your life will receive a divine turnaround in the name of Jesus. Everything that is not giving glory to the Almighty God in your life, every affliction, the Lord will deliver you out of them all in the nighty name of Jesus. You will not die, your wife will not die, your husband will not die, your children will not die, your business will not die, your ministry will not die, your investment will not die in the name of Jesus. Our nation will not die. Mercy will continue to speak for you in the mighty name of Jesus. Blessed be Your mighty name, glory be to Your mighty name, oh Lord, In Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed. Amen.

Altar Call:                    Before we close, if you’re out there, and you’re still living in sin, you have to make up your mind and change tonight. If you’re out there watching us and you’ve not given your life to Jesus, make up your mind and surrender your life to Jesus. This is very important. The moment you surrender yourself to Jesus, His mercy will begin to endure for you. (Glory be to God). And, please, don’t live in sin again. I’ll be expecting your testimony.

Don’t forget, it’s a 3-night program. We’ll continue tomorrow and Thursday night which will be the night we’ll be crossing over to the month of May. God has assured me that you will testify. Don’t forget to share this.
